The topic of the contest was the planning of a wooden bed. When thinking at the wood, the first thing that comes up in one’s mind is obviously a tree. This is the beginning of our project: the legs develops from a single log which then branches off in the desidered structure.

The seatback was the most difficult thing to create because it couldn’t be rigid and static. Therefore, we designed a movable seatback. It can stood erect or it can be reclined. It is a customized bed, suitable for any situation. This seatback can be personalized to the client's exact requirements, since it can be placed in children’s bedroom without any modification or it can be lined with valuable leather and moved into parents’ bedroom.
